Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Our Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the reserved services (£10.00 deposit made online).
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
- In the event of a true unavoidable emergency, the cancellation fee will be at the discretion of the business.
Log files
Beyond Image follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include:
- internet protocol (IP) addresses
- browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- date and time stamp, referring/exit pages
- possibly the number of clicks
